Il B&B si trova su un cammino storico europeo, il Sentiero di Matilde che i Canossa nel medioevo utilizzavano per calare a Roma. Via di Pellegrinaggio cristiano e luogo di passaggio di viandanti tra il mille e il 1500 d.c. E' territorio pregno di piccoli tesori: fauna e flora intatta, aria e acqua incontaminata, cultura contadina antica. Uno scrigno di cultura italica fermo nel tempo.
